TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INTRODUCTION
The Lucozade “Lucozade AR Game Promotion” (“Promotion”) is being sponsored by Schweppes International Ltd. (“SCHWEPPES”) as a limited-time promotion specific to Trinidad & Tobago.
The Terms and Conditions of the promotion apply to the legal relationship between SCHWEPPES and all participants (“Entrants”) in the Promotion and will be governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
SCHWEPPES has the right to, at its sole discretion and without prior notification, change or discontinue any aspect of the Promotion and to change or modify the Terms and Conditions or any part thereof. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY
This Promotion is open to all legal residents of Trinidad and Tobago aged 18 years and over, or minors with parental or guardian permission.
The following categories of persons are ineligible to participate in the Promotion:
- Employees and contractors working for SCHWEPPES and its affiliates;
- Brand influencers and advocates for any brand produced or distributed by SCHWEPPES;
- Advertising and promotional agencies working on behalf of SCHWEPPES;
- Any other third-party companies that are involved and engaged in the planning and/ or execution of the Promotion.
All immediate family members of the above persons identified living within the same household, i.e. parents, siblings, spouse, children, etc.
Any Entrants found to have tampered with the online entry process, e.g. using ‘script’ or ‘software’ to falsify entries on leaderboard, will also be disqualified from the Promotion.
LIABILITY
By entering this Promotion, all Entrants agree to the Terms and Conditions.
SCHWEPPES and each of its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, along with each of its and their respective directors, employees, agents and representatives (the “Released Parties”.)
SCHWEPPES and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any Entrant to person or property as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting any Prize. Refusal of this clause will result in the forfeiture of the right to claim the Prize.
SCHWEPPES is not liable for any defects with the Prize, and all concerns should be directed towards the manufacturer of the prize. SCHWEPPES disclaims all warranties with respect to the Promotion and Prize. All Prizes will be provided “as is” and “as available”.
Neither SCHWEPPES, its agents nor anyone professionally connected to the Promotion shall assume any liability for:
Any incorrect or inaccurate contact information, or faulty or erroneous electronic data transmissions on the entry website;
Communication line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion;
Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or website.
MATERIAL OF OTHERS
Hyperlinks on the Site may direct visitors to external websites which are maintained by others. SCHWEPPES shall not be liable for such external websites’ contents and functioning. SCHWEPPES shall also not be responsible for the quality of products or services which may be offered on such external websites.
PUBLICITY
By accepting the prizes, all winners agree to be photographed and filmed during, and related to the prize distribution.
All winners shall agree to provide all active cooperation with any promotional activities and reasonable publicity arising from the prizes.
All resultant material, including winners’ names, images and comments may be used by SCHWEPPES for promotion and marketing purposed in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast and digital without further reference and free of charge.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
SCHWEPPES will process the personal data provided by Entrants in the context of this Promotion in accordance with our privacy and cookie policy.
All Entrants’ relevant personal data such as name, email address etc. will be stored by SCHWEPPES in order to be able to appoint winners of the prizes. SCHWEPPES will not use this data for any other purpose.
All personal data will be deleted after the Promotion has been completed with the exception of any Entrant that has won a prize. SCHWEPPES will store the personal data of these winners for the period necessary to be able to award the prizes. All data used and stored will be done so in line with local privacy laws.
